If you were to count how many times you have been told “good job,” what would the count be? Would it be high or low?
Some people are hard workers by nature. They enjoy finishing a job well. I don’t know about you, but I like hearing “Good job!” Others enjoy assisting and facilitating work that needs to be done but don’t thrive in the leader’s position.
