I wish I could’ve been there when the Israelites passed through walls of water. That must have been quite the faith-builder on foot. I’ve personally experienced such great sorrow that it seems impossible to go any further. I’m sure you can relate to the kind of trembling, terror, anguish, and dismay that happen when you’re forced to surrender.
I heard something interesting at church recently. At the point of surrender, Jesus is the only person who saves.
